Excellent Stay for the Week!
Anita was very responsive and had clear instructions. The townhome is sparkling clean, brand new, and walkable to great restaurants and tasting rooms. We drove to the coast, into the city, and visited multiple wineries in the area. Fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Carlton is a hidden gem in Oregon’s wine country. Anita’s place is new, clean, so close to the center of town, and very affordable! The area is quiet, and by renting two places next door to each other, we had quite a gathering for a weekend of wine tasting. Definitely try this!

The place was perfect for our two couples visiting the wineries. Very, very clean, beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood, house was very well stocked with spices, oils, coffee, and nice pans, and a new gas grill. We ate in several times, but also walked two blocks to very good restaurants. There were 10-15 wineries/tasting rooms within 10 minute walk from the house. Not to mention the central location putting us within a 30-minute drive to 50+ wineries! The place was perfect and we will definitely be back and will definitely rent this place!!!

Wonderful Home in the Heart of Carlton
This is a brand new, lovely townhome. The location is incredible. You can walk around the corner to incredible restaurants and wineries. It’s a short drive to McMinnville, and even closer to Yamhill.

Perfect Carlton Townhome!
Exactly - if not better - than listed. Super walkable location to all the restaurants and wineries in Carlton. Clean and well stocked accommodation with a king bed that was heavenly. Can't wait to stay again!

Pleasant Stay
We loved our time in Carlton, Anita was a terrific host. She communicated from start to finish and made us feel very at home. The location is perfect for a short walk for pastries, burgers, coffee, wine, margaritas, shopping... you name it! Very clean home, plenty of comforts to help you feel right at home. We enjoyed the patio with the heater for the chilly evenings and even having coffee in the mornings. We also made a couple of day trips to Cannon Beach and Silver Falls. Plenty of things to keep you happy in this area.
